The owner was super responsive and accommodating, house was well stocked with everything one would need and the kids loved the board games, table tennis and especially the Pac-Man arcade game! The location is fantastic as you have easy access to I-70, the Highland area restaurants and shops, parks and playgrounds, and downtown is close by. It's also on a cul-de-sac and super quiet with almost no through traffic. The decor and layout is cozy and you'll feel right at home. Highly recommended! ##### John C. Communication from hosts was great with quick responses to questions. We had everything we needed to cook meals in the kitchen, we were able to easily do laundry throughout the week, our kids had games to play while we were at the house, A/C worked well (bonus, since it was over 90 degrees the whole time). Internet: 300Mbps download, 23.6Mbps upload. We were here the month of July, 2024 when the outside temperatures were in the high-90s and the AC fully up to the task. They loved the pool/pong table. The yard was nice and I wish we could have utilized the fire pit, but sadly it rained almost the entire time we were there. It was close enough to all the attractions and stuff we wanted to do. The owner was very prompt in answering text messages and was a delight to communicate with.
