Our daughter and husband live in Denver so we always rent a home (VRBO) for the entire family to gather under one roof. This place is perfect for that. Everything was seamless, and I mean everything. We walked to the French bakery and Kaladi Coffee..easy walk. Dunkin’ is also walking distance. Pearl Street is a gem that is not far away..great restaurants. We had a small snafu w/ the oven..mgmt fixed the issue the same day while we were out w/ family. The only thing that was “off” was there were no dish towels for the kitchen (unless we just never found them). Our daughter just brought some from her house so we didn’t bother w/ a request. Hot tub was perfect, beds were nice and everyone slept well. We did NOT use the theater room. I would also suggest more seating in the living room.
