We didn’t have a car so didn’t have to use street parking. Easy private entrance for apartment and felt safe and secure. The coffee pot wasn’t working but coffee shops are in the area. ##### Liz T. Perfect location to be able to walk to see her, walk to restaurants and coffee shops. The only time we had an issue with parking was when we got back to the neighborhood after 11 pm. Parked a street over by a school and then moved it before 8 am the next morning. Apartment was exactly as depicted in description and pictures. ##### Gretchen Z. When we arrived it did not look like it has been cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners, wet laundry in the washer, and things were broken. We went to put the pullout couch together for the night and found stained pillows, stained mattress protector, and NO sheets. We decided to leave at 9:30pm and told the owners. They didn't respond until 24 hours later when I reached out again to make sure they knew we were no longer on the property. I requested a refund and we are waiting to find out if we will be refunded. The location was fine, but Colfax is sketchy and close to the property so be aware of that. The actual street this is on was quiet though we could not easily find parking as advertised. ##### Meghan A. Also the window were VERY dirty looking out to a patch of weeds. Window screens were bent so didn't fit. Also the AC was so cold it was unpleasant. And, the toilet didn't work properly and the seat was loose. It is not an inexpensive place, so it is really upsetting. ##### David C. The living space is actually much bigger than shown in the pictures. John and Amber stocked the kitchen with coffee, creamer, snacks and water which was greatly appreciated!
