Everyone had their own room and bathrooms. The check in time for access to the house was later than I would have preferred but I didn't want to pay an additional fee to get an early check-in time. There was plenty of room for us to hang out, chat and play games. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. There are stairs to access the top floor bedrooms and living space. It was a perfect, central location for all our activities in Denver, Morrison, and Golden. There is every type of store and restaurant on the main road just a couple blocks away and lots of parks nearby. It would be a good house for a family with kids, too. We were impressed with all the amenities that were at the house - snacks, coffee, hair dryer, extra toothbrushes and mini toiletries in the bathrooms, everything needed for cooking, board games, trail guides, and plenty of bath linens. The patio with fire table and party lights was a relaxing, private spot to hang out outside. Note that 3 of the bedrooms are on the main level of the house and one is secluded in the basement - we didn’t realize that from the pictures but it worked fine for our group.
