We had a great stay in December. Jessica even put up a Christmas tree for us! We found the location to be extremely convenient to the places we wanted to go and events we wanted to attend. Our son lives in the Cap Hill neighborhood and it was only a 10 or 12 minute drive. The Cherry Creek shopping area was not far away and very easy to find. Grocery stores were also close by. We discovered some great restaurants as well. We loved the spacious kitchen and found it to contain all of the essentials. The appliances were quite new and all were in excellent working order. The counter space was amazing and much appreciated for meal preparation. The gas grill was large and we were blessed with very mild weather so we grilled on Christmas day. The living room furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed stretching out and watching our favorite Christmas movies. The afghans and throw pillows added a homey touch. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and linens. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced in back yard with a fire pit was more than we had time to enjoy. There was also a park about a block away. We plan to stay in this great home again! ##### John A. TV was a smart TV with Netflix, Hulu, Roku if you’re inclined to stay in. The master bedroom mattress was incredibly comfortable. The house was incredibly clean. The weather was comfortable which enabled us to take advantage of the backyard in the evening. I’d definitely recommend this location. ##### Richard C.
