Centrally located in Highlands/Jefferson Park, this 4-level townhome has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms. Townhome features designer finishes including top of the line furniture, bedding, linens, 3 smart TV’s with Apple TV on each, Comcast high-speed Internet and Hunter Douglas electric blinds in main living area and master bedroom. Comfortably sleeps 6 people (3 couples). This townhome has it all-you will feel like you are staying at a 5-star hotel! Two king beds, and one queen murphy wall bed. Conveniently located for those coming to Denver for events, to explore the city or watch a Denver Broncos football game. Finished standard two-car garage parking with an epoxy floor, ping pong table and additional parking space behind the garage door on exterior of garage door. We had three mother and daughter duos for a concert at Empower and the location was perfect! We loved the roof top deck and the hot tub. Excellent access to downtown and museums for the kids. The views were stunning. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and by the fire on the roof top deck.
