Come enjoy this beautifully decorated and private Arvada home a quick 15 minute walk to Olde Town! You will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, two living rooms, and an office retreat perfect for remote work. Outside you will find a BBQ, dining area, and two seating areas with fire-pits. Get a great night's sleep in the primary suite with attached bath, or the guest bedroom with a queen bed and detached bath. You'll find this to be the perfectly located basecamp for all your Colorado adventures! The space This is a private, single family home with no shared spaces in the backyard or inside the home. It is clean, modern, and cozy which will provide a stress free and relaxing place to spend your trip. The beds are new and comfortable and include fresh, clean linens. Both bathrooms are stocked with towels, TP, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Each bedroom is equipped with wireless chargers for your devices.
The kitchen is stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans, kitchen knives, plates, bowls, flatware, tupper ware, saran wrap, foil, plastic bags, paper towels, some basic spices, both a Keurig with a few K-cups and a drip coffee maker , grilling accessories, wine, beer, and whiskey glasses, as well as dish soap, hand soap, and dishwasher detergent.
The backyard is a great place to eat meals when the weather is nice and is perfect for relaxing with a cocktail next to the firepit after a fun day in Colorado! Guest access You'll be able to access the entire house, driveway, and back yard. This is a single family home with no shared spaces. The deck is located against our detached garage. Other things to note The house is equipped with in-room air conditioning units in the bedrooms, and an evaporative cooler in the main space. It cools down quickly during hot summer days! Note that there is a security camera facing the front door. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Nice property in a nice neighborhood. The house had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the backyard area. Hope to stay here again the next time we visit the Denver area.
My gf & I stayed for a “girlfriend’s long weekend” to see “Imagine Dragons” in concert at Red Rocks Amphitheater. This house was the perfect distance & drive to the concert venue. It was the ideal size for 2 or a small family, and in immaculate condition. The host (Chad) thought of every furnishing one might need and decorated the place super cute/cozy. The walking distance to town was a little longer than expected, but it’s definitely on our list to stay here again!!
First glance, house looks nice from the outside and much nicer on the inside. But its the small things that count.
First off, the issues: Beds were small and uncomfortable, swamp coolers were very loud, making it difficult to sleep, windows were hard to open and close, wood floors were extremely creaky and loud, and finally a bug infestation...found multiple spiders, earwigs, and other crawling insects inside the home which forced me to purchase insecticide from the local Home Depot (which i left under the sink).
Second, the pros: the kitchen was the saving grace, had everything we needed to stay away from those pricey restaurants. 5 stars. the backyard...not a fan of fake grass but it looked modern and the BBq was nice.
Laundry room with washer and dryer, quite nice.
And Last, recommendations:
need additional linens....Its hot and muggy in July, need more flat sheets instead of winter bedding. And look into a better cooling option than an evaporative cooler in potentially humid areas, maybe a wall or window AC unit.
hook up water for ice maker.....that didnt work...ice is nice on those 98° days.
add a monthly pest control service on a home that is to be regularly rented/used by guests.
