• Large PRIVATE downstairs unit in duplex house—ideal for families, couples, & friend groups • Two marble tile bathrooms with double vanities, soaking tub, & two showers • 10-15 mins from downtown! Close to main highway (I-25) • Stocked kitchenette • 2 large TVs with free access to Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Apple TV+, etc. • Private entrance w/ keyless entry • Large backyard & patio with gas fire pit & grill. • Smoking allowed outside / 420 friendly • Owners live upstairs in a separate unit • Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath private basement in a residential house (1,200 sq ft) with a large living area and kitchenette • In-unit washer/dryer with detergent provided • Kitchenette has a toaster oven, fridge, microwave, and stocked Keurig • There are *no* shared spaces and you have your own entrance • Owners, Travis & Justin, live upstairs in a separate unit. While they are mindful of guests, you may hear some footsteps. Sound machines are provided for comfort. • Parking is easy to find in front of the house. • 5-min drive to DU, 15-min drive to Downtown, 35-min drive to Denver International Airport (DIA), 50-min drive to closest ski resort (Echo Mountain). •The light rail to Downtown or Denver Tech Center is walking distance (0.7 miles) via the Colorado Station. • There is also a Hertz, Budget, and Enterprise car rental close by. Hosts will be available to answer any questions via message throughout your stay. Quiet neighborhood with a secluded running, biking trail (High Line Canal Trail) across the street. Parking is easy. • NO SMOKING INSIDE. Smoking is only permitted on back patio/in backyard. $250 indoor smoking fee. Smoking/vaping detectors present & active. • There are security cameras outside. No cameras are inside. • Keyless entry is easy and you will be provided with a private entrance code for the duration of your stay. • Only a $90 cleaning fee! • There are chickens 50 feet behind the unit that are secured in a chicken coop for guests to observe and not interact with.
