The Berkeley was a great experience. The layout was perfect for family of 4, and location was great for seeing local Denver attractions. Our two bedroom unit was perfect with a modern hotel pamper feeling. Kitchen had high quality appliances and everything you would need. Super comfortable beds and nice bedding. Bathrooms very high end finishes with great shower heads! Loved watching the sunset on the rooftop area. We were 5 minutes from Regis and 10 minutes from Downtown. Walk to amazing restaurants. Highly recommend the Cottage for breakfast and Hops and Pie for lunch or dinner. The building is a new construction, the apartment is spacious with natural light throughout and wrap around balcony overlooking park across the street very nice. Fully user friendly with full kitchen and laundry appliances in unit. The very safe Berkely neighborhood is charming, with families of all ages enjoying the park, shops and restaurants along Tennyson street. Active during the day but quiet at night.
