BEDROOMS
This cozy and thoughtfully designed home features 3 comfortable bedrooms equipped with smart TVs and can sleep up to 10 guests. With 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and 2 sofa beds in the living area, everyone in your group will find a perfect spot to unwind.

This was an amazing stay! The house was bigger than expected. The host were phenomenal and accommodated our early arrival. The hot tub is the icing on the cake! Conveniently located to downtown area, would definitely stay here again!

The house was great. Comfortable beds. Nice kitchen. My family enjoyed spending time there.
We have stayed at several VRBO’s in Denver and I would have to rate this one the best so far. It was well maintained, clean and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the basement. It is in a very safe area and close to everything you would need. Chelsea and Stefan were very attentive to all of our needs. My family and I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises.

Great Location
We were in town for a long weekend and a concert at Red Rocks. The location of this home was great - 20 minutes to Red Rocks, Golden and several other places. It was clean and nice layout for a large family with several spaces to gather. We also enjoyed the owners local recommendations. Clancy's Irish Pub was walking distance, along with Colorado Plus Brewery. Both had very good food. Our favorite place was the New Terrain Brewing Company in Golden. Everything we could have needed we found in the home. Nice pans for cooking hot tub was great, along with the towels and slippers. We even found a cooler in the garage to take water and snacks on all of our adventures. In addition, the supplied coffee K-cups and snacks were greatly appreciated! Excellent stay and definitely recommend.

Immaculate well appointed large house!
We are seasoned travelers and every rental home has its own flavor. We were impressed with the cleanliness and the many amenities. Lots of counter pace and plenty of individual 'station's for playing and organizing stuff. Plenty of books and games for entertainment and the huge downstairs is a whole area on its own with game center, TV, wet bar, and a full bathroom. Our visiting 4.5 year old granddaughter used the whole house as her playground!We appreciated the starter paper products, soap dispensers on every sink, shanpoo and rinse in all the bathrooms, and the coffee K cups and more! We had everything we needed and three stores are close by for groceries.Our hosts, Stefan and his wife, were available, very helpful and ready to assist with any concerns. We would recommend this home to fellow travelers!Thank you!
Great location, very clean, nice new appliances, comfortable beds, plenty of room for a bigger group. We only had 3 so we all got tons of space! The kitchen was well stocked with all the right utensils; two professional chefs in our party and we were both satisfied with the kitchen setup- especially the huge sink, grill and crock pot! The hot tub was amazing and the slippers were a nice touch. Quick, easy drive to everywhere we went, and we went all over! RTD station is close by and super convenient for getting to and from Earth Wind and Fire/Lionel Richie at Ball Arena. A/C units worked great, much appreciated being that it was 90+ degrees out! Prompt communication with the hosts, we arrived ahead of schedule and had no issue checking in a little early. Very convenient having the washer and dryer on site. Loved the artwork in the basement!!

A beautiful house that is very comfortable and has all the amenities that you need. This is the second time we stayed here and will stay there again if the opportunity arises. Since the last time we stayed, Chelsea and Stefan had made some upgrades that made the place even more cozier and attractive Both times, we have felt very safe in the area.
Perfect location. Close to everything and nice neighborhood to walk in. Worked great for three adult couples. The Kuerig being stocked was a HUGE bonus!

Great vacation rental
We had a wonderful stay! The townhome was super clean. The extra touches (plush towels, k-cups for the Keurig, hot tub slippers) really add to the pleasantness of the stay. The location was perfect for easily getting to downtown Denver and to the mountains. The hosts were super responsive. Overall, a great vacation rental.
Quiet neighborhood, close to several restaurants and Jeffco Stadium for Colorado State Tack & Field. Enjoyed the hot tub, comfortable beds, and extra space down stairs.
