The location was central to everything. We went to 2 Rockies games, an amusement/water park, and my daughter played softball at multiple parks all over town. The house was in the center of it all in Denver. The layout was perfect for our 3 kids to have their own rooms, grandma had her own room and living area, and the master on the upper level with the kids. The kitchen and bathrooms were great!
