1) Please leave any used beds unmade. 2) Please remove any perishable, opened items from the fridge. 3) To help reduce odors in the home, please take all trash/recycling to the bins in the garage.
Fee Notice: An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for unwashed dishes left in the sink/counters or excessive trash left inside the home.
Close windows, turn off lights, and lock the garage door and front door. Although it's not expected, our housekeeper would be very appreciative if you have time to start the dishwasher, towels washer.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

My family and myself absolutely enjoyed our stay in this cute townhome! The house was very clean and the beds were extra comfortable! We had everything we needed in the kitchen. It was very spacious! Clean, newer home in a nice neighborhood. We were appreciative of soaps, detergent and hair dryers that were provided. That saved an extra expense for us!
