This 1,250 sq ft, 3-story townhome is modern, clean, and extra comfy, offering 2 bedrooms with full en-suite bathrooms, one king bed and one queen bed, and smart TVs. The main living floor is extra spacious with tons of natural light, 65” smart TV w/ built-in surround sound system, fireplace, and balcony. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans, many “small” appliances, stainless steel appliances, gas stove, and everything else you’d need to cook a great meal. There is a small balcony off the main living room, but also a large private rooftop deck with a grill upstairs to enjoy sunshine, a few cocktails, and the amazing city views! The 4th of July fireworks from the rooftop were amazing. We took a day trip to the mountains, attended a concert at Red Rocks and an art festival downtown. The townhouse was very clean, comfortable beds, quality linens, kitchen ready for all your cooking needs. The home was inviting and clean with more than enough room for the 4 of us. The kitchen was stocked with spices and necessities as well as the bathrooms stocked with soaps and shampoos. We loved the roof top patio with views of the city at night. We did not have a car, but wasn’t a problem as the neighborhood was filled with excellent restaurants, breweries and wine bars. It was a short walk to everywhere including Coors Stadium, yet we were nestled in a quiet neighborhood! I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Denver area! ##### Ellen F. Clean, had everything we needed, and was in a cool part of town. Would 100% stay again! Be aware that with larger vehicles, the garage is a tight space. We have a Hyundai Palisade and it fit, but needed another person to help guide into the garage to make sure we didn’t swipe the sides. (looks like some have maybe done that before!) Fantastic place, really great location and the manager was super responsive. Very walkable and loved the roof top deck. The place had everything you would expect and lots of great touches like phone charging cords because how awful is it when you forget those?! The place was spotless, nicely decorated, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. While close enough to walk to downtown, we found ourselves staying in the LoHi neighborhood checking out the restaurants and shops. It felt very safe and lively, especially at night, but also quiet and relaxing. The absolute best part was the rooftop patio overlooking Coors Field and the rest of downtown.
