This modern 1 Bedroom + 1 Bathroom condo has an open floor plan with high ceilings, a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a cozy living room with a Smart TV. Our cleaners are working very hard to safely sanitize the home between stays. If there is a group checking out the day of your arrival, for cleaning purposes your check in time will be 4pm. We may be able to accommodate an early check-in (fee may apply) or dropping of luggage per request.

We give our guests a 4 digit code to access the home and the space you`d like, but we are only a message or call away. Also, we live 10 minutes away and can quickly assist if needed.

-VRBO reservations will require a signed rental agreement. In addition, a pre-authorization on the credit card will be held three days prior to the arrival date. This is NOT a charge, just a pre-authorization and if there is no damage after check-out, the pre-authorization will drop off two days after checkout. Just like a hotel does.
