We were able to be together but spread out in the house. Found the washer and dryer to be very convenient in the house. Good size kitchen to prep food and dine. Wish the outdoor grill would have been working properly. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms for all. Great place to park vehicles. Biggest complaint was how broken down the mattresses were on the beds. Definitely made for horrible sleeping. Otherwise a nice VRBO and great service with the owners! ##### Keith R. This property is exactly as listed and actually, even better in person. I travelled to Denver with three colleagues for a leadership conference and chose this location due to having 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The place was absolutely perfect for us and was literally 3 blocks from our conference location and everything else you can think of, including restaurants, grocery stores, etc. The place was super clean and comfortable and allowed the four of us to have our privacy but to also have time together while eating dinner in. The weather was not so conducive to being outside but had it been, the backyard and patio definitely would have been great to use. We did not use the game room but had it been a different type of trip, this room would have a great place to hang out and enjoy. The owners were very communicative, not that we had any issues, but they checked in with me to make sure all was well. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again! ##### Bob K. There was plenty of space for the whole family. The kitchen was well stocked and spacious. The hot tub was very appreciated after a day of hiking or white water rafting.
