This building is brand new and has never had anyone live there! Every feature (and there are a lot of them!) of this home was curated from the ground up to create lasting memories for your group! This home features a game room, massive rooftop, hot tub, movie room, indoor/outdoor fireplace, and incredible design. We own both View Houses A & B so should your group need more space, reach out about renting them both! BEDROOMS This 2,500 sqft new build townhome has 4 bedrooms with smart televisions and can accommodate up to 16 guests comfortably. There are a total of 2 King beds, 4 queen beds, 1 sleeper sofa, 1 air mattress, and two additional couches. Bedroom 1 - King bed, private balcony, smart television, private bathroom, and dedicated workspace. Bedroom 2 - 2 Queen Beds, room darkening shades, private bathroom, and smart television.
