In the downstairs lounge area, there is also a pool table for your enjoyment. ☆☆ OUTSIDE SPACE ☆☆ The house has a big patio for your use with outdoor chairs, a volleyball court, a hot tub, and a cornhole. Light up the BBQ and enjoy the famous CO weather! There is ample parking in the driveway, garage, and street for up to 4 vehicles. You’ll have access to every room and feature of this home except the owner's closet. Make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or want recommendations for things to do nearby. There is a keypad on the front door for easy and secure access to the home. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70, Sheridan Boulevard, and Wadsworth Boulevard. The fireplace is for decorative purposes only. It cannot be used as a fireplace. Once a week, on Fridays, one of our team members will stop by the property to put out the trash cans, replenish our supplies, and restock sheets and/or towels. They will NOT enter the home.
