The house was a great fit for our family of 10! It was very spacious and had many rooms for us to fit into. Each room was very clean when we arrived. We would've preferred some more towels and our garbage also piled up after awhile (there is no big garbage bin to put it in). Our flight was delayed an entire day after a snowstorm swept the east coast, so Mellese was kind enough to reimburse us for the day missed without us even bringing up the topic of a refund. It was perfect for me and my kids, enough space for all of us with all the necessary basics: fridge, microwave, plenty of towels and covers. We were not very comfortable about renting a part of the house with a family living in it, but it worked out great. We had our own entrance it was very private we will stay there again when we go back to Denver if it is available.
