If outdoor living and adventure is your thing, you will love the popular Cherry Creek Trail, only one block away, which is the perfect spot for running or biking all year long! 2 bedrooms with plush beds and 2 full bathrooms with tubs! Separate loft area for home office! The community has a great public dog park just right around the corner, with access to several parks in walking distance. The condo comes with a semi-attached garage and ample amounts of lot parking. The garage is also fitted wall-to-wall with shelves so you can store all your Colorado adventure gear.
