Friendly staff overall. The carpets in our room were sticky and the room was very humid and didn’t smell great, even with the AC on (but otherwise clean). It’s definitely older and needs maintenance (both inside the rooms and outside the property). But it was a safe place to rest our heads with hot breakfast served in the morning (and the kitchen/breakfast staff were extra helpful and kind).
The room was fine for the one night we stayed. The furniture is getting a bit tired and could do with replacing. The taps for the basin and bath also need replacing, but they worked ok. The room was clean and tidy and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free and good to start the day on. The free parking was appreciated too.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We changed rooms because the TV wasn't working and they accommodated us right away.
One bummer about the hotel was that the elevator was like a dark dungeon. Honestly it wasn't very safe.
Property was clean and inviting. We didn't use the pool but it looked nice and water looked clean. Room was nice except the carpet seemed sticky like it was just replaced or cleaned and it was a little sticky which was weird. The TV in our room also needed replaced, it had the worst blue hue.
Hot breakfasts daily 6-10 a.m. with good variety and with changes daily. Good water pressure and temp. Cold A/C and hot heat. Kiddie TV channels available. Quiet and clean. Quickly responsive to requests.
Mostly just some things that were broken or overlooked in the room that dropped the score I gave. Bed was comfy enough and I was only there for 2 nights.
The hotel was clean and the room was very nice and comfortable. Breakfast was really good with a lot of different choices; waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, cereal, bagels and English muffins, and fruit, very tasty. Overall my family was very satisfied.
Breakfast was fresh, had different options of meat on different days. Very clean

Room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Air conditioning was good.
But the the pool was ok, wasn’t heated and the hot tub was not working at all. Was very disappointed with that.
But overall was a good hotel to stay at.
I cannot give a good or satisfactory review.
The worst thing of the trip was the lighting inside the elevator that was nonexistent. There was nothing except the glow of the floor number, Told the front staff abo, no response/nothing. The building overall needs a complete refresh, painting inside and out, carpet is threadbare in spots.
The breakfast was wiped out by soccer club kids and there was nothing left. The juice machine stopped working. As I said, the whole location needs a refresh. Definitely won't stay again on weekends. Not a favorite location.
