Highlight is definitely the great rooftop space, which has plenty of seating, a Weber gas grill, and fantastic views of the Golden area. Stefan kept us well informed and provided plenty of information about local restaurants, hikes, etc. ##### Joel B. The weather cooperated enough that made this location easily walkable to campus and all of downtown Golden. They had an accessible garage if you come in a car. We used it a few times with my sons vehicle. Everything was super clean and had all we needed for our stay. ##### Ben B. Unit as described. Couple comments, parking in garage is very tight if you have a large vehicle, which we did. Furniture in unit is very sparse. The location was a block from the campus, walkable distance from downtown and a perfect place to serve our needs. We stored our mtn bikes securely in the garage. The owner communicated well, it was very clean and had super comfortable beds. The kitchen was clean and had everything we would have needed had we decided to stay in for meals. The rooftop patio was a plus. We were very happy with this VRBO and will try to stay here again on future visits. Thank you! ##### Jeanne P.
