Additionally, the Lobby Restaurant in on the bottom floor of the building and Great Divide Brewery is immediately across the street. Guests will have access to the condo unit, courtyard, and on-site laundromat. Bed Configuration: Bedroom is located on the 2nd floor - Queen Size bed We provide a range of amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a drip coffee maker, 1.5 towels per occupant, starter toiletries, and initial cleaning supplies. \*\*\*\*ALL STAYS OVER 30 DAYS WILL REQUIRE A MID STAY CLEAN (priced at 1/2 the original cleaning fee).
