Enjoy yourself as you feel right at home at this stylish 3 bed/2 bath centrally-located first floor unit with full size kitchen, living room, hot tub and fenced in backyard!

- Just 10-15 minutes north of the Bronco’s (Mile High) stadium, Coors field and many more places to enjoy in Downtown Denver!

- High-speed internet and HUGE Smart TV for easy streaming.

This unit is similar to a townhome, but it is very secluded and comes with a large fenced in yard! There is also a propane BBQ grill available.

Smoking is not allowed inside but the front patio or backyard is a great place to smoke cigarettes, vape, or enjoy Colorado's finest recreational marijuana.

Up to 6 guests are preferred. If more than 6 guests plan to stay at the property please notify us prior to booking and we will approve additional guests on a case by case basis.

Because this is a duplex this means that the hot tub and backyard is shared with the other unit unless you’d like to book both separate units :).

Guests must abide by legal noise curfews in Adams County. Quiet hours are in place after 10pm and prior to 7am every day of the week.
Pets aren’t allowed on any furniture. I’m happy to provide a crate, gates and dog beds to help keep our furry friends just as comfy as the humans!

Family vacation to visit son

Interior is very nice. Beds are comfortable, water pressure good and kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Location was close to our son and we were able to walk to grocery store and drive to Walmart. We hiked in nearby Boulder and went to downtown Denver to eat and catch a Rockies game. About 90min drive to Rocky Mountain Marional park was well worth it. Only issues we had were no tv service - only a few streaming services; shared home with other occupant kinda got a bit loud but that was not owners fault. Otherwise, great place and we will look here first next time we visit our son.

We had a nice stay while visiting our son. The beds were comfy and the host provided plenty of towels, soap and TP. The road was a little busier than we expected but didn’t notice the noise very often. We would stay here again.
