The hoist met me at the agreed time and provided a code to open the entrance door and a key to the apartment door. The apartment was clean and the online pictures depict the apartment accurately. I requested a couple of things for the kitchen and the hoist provided them promptly. The apartment location is great. Not far from many restaurants and fairly close to downtown Denver.
