The townhouse is located within a little community with no through roads and a couple paved trails if you have pets that need to be walked. The townhouse itself doesn’t technically have a yard. Parking was directly in front on the entrance and not once during my stay did I find someone else took the spot which was nice. There’s also dedicated parking for one behind and a small garage which was too small for my toyota tundra but a sedan would fit.
