Nice but small

This house is updated, clean and nice. I'd give it a higher rating had it not been so small. Our bedroom had about a 2 wide opening around 3 sides. The others were slightly larger. Everything else was nice. Not sure about the neighborhood, but we had no problems. Living room and kitchen were OK. Appliances were nice. Kathy was easy to communicate with and responses were quick.

Spacious House near Denver

House had a lot of functional space! All the rooms were very nice and clean. There is also a nice back yard and seperate dining room space facing the back yard which was great! We were very pleased with the overall layout of the space and the nice amenities. Would definitely consider staying here again when we visit Denver.

Great home base for family stay

Our family (me, my wife, three elementary school-aged kids, and my mother-in-law) stayed in this home for 9 nights in June 2022. We needed a home base in north metro area and this house was perfect. It will easily provide enough sleeping spots for a large family or a couple of small families. We prepared most of our meals in the house and kitchen was well-equipped. House had wifi and smart TVs provided easy access to all of our favorite streaming services. House was in a location that provided easy access to downtown Denver, mountains, or anywhere on north side of town - which is exactly what we needed. We did not have any issues with our stay but we were in contact with the owner throughout the stay, and contact was easy and responses were always prompt. We would stay in this house again.

Amazing Experience!!!

They really did think of everything! Other than food and clothes, there was nothing we needed to bring. Very comfortable and the owners were very accommodating and responsive if we needed anything. Definitely would recommend this VRBO!!! Would come here again if we needed a place close to our friends and family!

Business Trip

We (a mixed group of 4 and 2 super little dogs) attended a meeting in Denver. We needed separate rooms for everyone and min of 2 bathrooms. The house was ideal for our purpose. We loved it - the house was clean, communication was prompt and effective, neighbors were nice, and it was close to the highway so we could reach the convention center within 15-20 min depending on traffic. We would definitely come back.
