    Lived-in Denver home—not for parties. When not rented, the host lives here and asks guests to treat the space with care. Three private bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. A queen bed can be added in the basement living room upon request to sleep up to 9. ~10 mins to downtown, with a short ride to bars and restaurants. See “Other things to note” for the non-smoking policy.
