Centrally Located Apartment | Perfect for Long Stays

Cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath apartment right in the middle of Denver and Boulder. Newly upgraded with a private balcony.

Perfect for business travelers, remote nomadic tech workers, and traveling healthcare workers!

THE SPACE

Newly updated and spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with a balcony and pool/gym access. Kitchen is fully equipped, making home cooked meals easy. Full sized washer and dryer is in the unit. The bedroom is a queen sized 12-inch memory foam mattress. Living room has a futon to accommodate one additional guest.

Easy access to highway 36, making traveling to and from Denver or Boulder simple - only about a 15 minute drive. And minutes away? The FlatIron Crossing mall, Interlocken, Westminster Promenade and Front Range Community College.

Perfect for long term stays, business travelers, and traveling healthcare workers!

GUEST ACCESS

Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Community amenities are only available to guests who are staying 7 days or longer and have undergone the required background check.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

We recommend travel insurance be purchased to protect your trip. If you need any recommendations, we would be happy to provide that.

The apartment has a 55-inch smart TV - no channels included, only streaming. Enjoy free prime video on me - no extra video purchases are included.

A criminal background check and rental agreement will be required for guests staying longer than 7 days. There is an additional $15 fee. After booking, provide email address and I will send the details over.

Please note that the apartment is located in a complex; therefore, there is potential for noise.

Parking is on a surface lot and is first come first serve. There is also parallel parking right outside of the building and complex.

Long-term stays are welcome.

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay.

Clean and comfortable

The apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient for our purposes, and communications with Carla were good. No complaints and would certainly use it again.
