Open concept living, dining & kitchen, perfect for entertaining your family & friends. Fast wifi! Close to all Denver has to offer. 15 min to airport, 15 min to Children's & Univ. Hospital, just min from Gaylord Hotel, within 30 min of downtown, zoo, aquarium, museums, convention center & sporting events. Light rail station, lots of fast food & restaurants within 5 min. You'll have everything needed in this home away from home! Set in a quiet, family neighborhood, this mid century modern decorated, 4 bedroom house provides all the comforts of home, and then some! The main floor boasts enough space for all with a pool table area, office space, a formal dining area and an extra large, eat in kitchen! The kitchen features a double oven, separate cooktop and the fridge has a filtered ice and water dispenser on the door, there is also a dishwasher and a new microwave . There is plenty of counter space, including an island and another large space with lots of seating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with all you could need; service for 12, plus plastic for the little ones, pots, pans, bowls and storage containers, wine glasses and even oil and spices for cooking. There is a Keurig coffee maker with premium coffees, creamer and sweeteners, as well as tea and hot chocolate. Paper towels, dish washing and dishwasher soap also available! You'll have a toaster and blender as well! The main living room has plenty of seating for all, with an oversized couch and extra chairs. Situated comfortably for conversation, or to watch whatever you choose on the 65" Smart TV. Fast Wi-Fi is also included! There is even an extra sitting area, perfect for reading a book or having a personal conversation. There is a fenced backyard with a large patio, lots of outdoor seating and a propane firepit! The upstairs sleeping space starts with an oversized master bedroom, big enough for the king size bed and an additional seating area with a sleeper sofa! There are 3 additional bedrooms. All of them feature a queen size bed and 1 of them also includes an additional twin size bed. This gives comfortable sleeping space for 11 guests! Have a baby in your group? No problem, there is a pack n play ready for you to use, complete with clean sheets and fresh baby blankets. Each bedroom has its own flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and other Smart TV options. All beds have a brand new mattress with a mattress protector and fresh, clean sheets, just for you, topped with a down alternative comforter and plenty of fluffy pillows. The master bedroom not only has the king size bed and sitting area, but a 55" Smart TV, as well as an attached 5 piece bathroom, with a shower, soaking tub and dual vanity. Both bathrooms are located upstairs with the bedrooms. Basic necessities always stocked in the bathrooms! There are even hair dryers should you need them. There are lots of clean, fluffy towels and washcloths ready for you. Device chargers are provided throughout the house, just to keep things as convenient as possible for guests. Virtually everything was thought of to make your stay comfortable so you can come to your short term home after a long day of work, travel or play. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in additional cleaning fees (minimum $400 smoke remediation fee), but smoking outside is acceptable. Cigarettes or 420 ok. A washer and dryer are available for your use. This is in a shared space in the home. An on-site host lives in the basement apartment of the home. They will not disturb you during your stay, but you might see them with their 4 legged fur baby in the laundry area or the shared main floor bathroom. The whole house is available for your use, except for a couple of locked closets. The laundry and main floor 1/2 bathroom are shared spaces with the onsite host. We had everything that we needed. We had plenty of room to hangout, play games, watch tv, etc when we weren’t exploring Denver. The 1/2 bath and laundry room are on the main floor (off the garage) and are a shared space, just in case you don’t like sharing areas with other people. The owners were great! They responded right away when I messed up the door code checking in! We really enjoyed our stay! ##### Karen W. The host was very responsive and nice to any questions or concerns we had. Only problem, the house was a bit unclean. There were clothes from a previous guest in the rooms, floors were dirty, trash was full outside and toilets were not too clean considering there is a cleaning fee applied to the overall stay. Overall, the stay was great just wish the cleaning was bit better, but I will definitely book again. ##### Matthew A. There was enough room to hang out, work, eat, relax, etc. without being on top of each other. Wifi was great, and having all the streaming services available on the TV was appreciated. The location is excellent...15 minutes from the airport and about 10 minutes from food, grocery, etc. Lots of parks around for the kids to play and there were some really cool, unique ones. Any issues we ran into were handled immediately by Alicia and I really appreciated her quick response. One thing I think is important to share for future visitors is that if the sprinklers are running, the water to the house is greatly impacted. I believe the owner is looking into this issue and will rectify it, but something to be aware of in case you need to have your shower done at a certain time. There's a tenant in the basement but there is a locked door between the apartment and the upper levels. We didn't hear much at all. We were probably much louder for them to have to listen to! Sheets were nice and soft, plenty of towels, and the beds were pretty comfortable. ##### Amy A. Staying at this location was a great experience where it did feel like it was a home away from home. Alicia, the property owner was very accommodating, very friendly, and very professional with the timeliness of her responses/communication. The home looked exactly like it did with the photos posted. My family enjoyed the pool table and the room accommodations that were very spacious. Alicia made everything feel so welcoming from day one when we arrived. She offered & provided stocks of condiments for our stay that helped to alleviate us from having to purchase minor items that may be needed for drinking and food (such as coffee, chips, sugar, spices, etc.) which was very helpful and greatly appreciated. Although we did wish the outdoor fire pit worked, it was still a great experience. Nothing is ever perfect. Kudos to Alicia and her husband for the great accommodations they've made at this residence. We guarantee that you will enjoy it! P.S. - do not let is come as a surprise to you that there is a tenant that lives onsite in a completely different living area that you will never see, never hear, and that is blocked off. Having a sign posted inside the house to make us aware of this was very helpful so that we were not caught totally by surprise. Just like having a neighbor in an apartment without hearing them around. Was no problem at all -- just good to know!
