BEDROOMS: This home features 2 cozy and stylish bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable Queen bed. Perfect for smaller groups, it can accommodate up to 4 guests. BATHROOM: This home includes 1 modern, fully stocked bathroom featuring sleek design, bright lighting, and premium hotel-grade towels. The shower is stocked with essentials; shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your convenience. KITCHEN AND LOUNGE: The fully stocked kitchenette offers everything you need to prepare meals or snacks. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster oven and Keurig. Please note there is not a stove or oven. However, there is a plug-in 2 burner hot plate. The main floor (first level) and garage are off-limits to guests, as they are occupied by tenants. The private entrance is at the backyard, where you also have full access to enjoy the outdoor space during your stay. Feel free to make yourself at home; your hosts are just a phone call or text away if you have any questions or need local recommendations. We are only a phone call or text message away. You will be able to self-check-in upon arrival. We are happy to be contacted via phone or through your booking app before, during or after your stay. This is a safe and well-kept neighborhood located just off main access to Interstate 70\. There is a grocery store 5 min away and many restaurants in the surrounding area. While you will have access to a thermostat, please note that the upper apartment is on the same zone and will also have access to adjust the temperature. There are plenty of ride share options in this area to get where you want to go. Reach out to your host should you need more information.
