Shopping and restaurants within walking distance. 20 minutes to Downtown Denver or the mountains FREE Off Street Parking Nobody above or below this unit There is a fully stocked kitchenette with fridge/freezer/microwave/2 gas burners/countertop oven/drip coffee maker, a smart tv with option to stream on Netflix/Disney+/Prime Video, and a comfy \`floating\` queen bed with adjustable LED lighting. Please note: this unit is only about 150 square feet total! This studio is 100% for guest use and has no shared spaces. I am always happy to help in any way I can. You also are at the mercy of the neighbors on either side if they are noisy or not. It is convenient to be close to downtown Arvada however, so it’s a choice to make. The little studio, as accurately described, is tiny. Like a hotel room but smaller, as the bathroom has room for a shower and toilet only; the sink is shared with kitchenette. FYI, there is a small closet but not roomy enough for a suitcase or clothing. It did have a nice little kitchenette to make coffee (supplied).
