The outside could use a little sprucing up, but overall it’s a great place on the corner, close to a lot of great restaurants and activities in Arvada. Comfortable beds and couches and lots of fun playing ping pong! Would have loved to have a little book with instructions for things, like wifi and how to work the hot tub and door lock, but the owner is very responsive and happy to help when needed!
