All bedrooms were good-sized and the bunk room worked out well for the three kids. The biggest issue we had was that the basement was a good ten degrees cooler than the rest of the house, which in 95 degree summer days is not all bad for most folks. However, my daughter-in-law found it to be uncomfortably chilly.
