Excellent for the Money!

Location: It was right off the main highway with easy access to 35E and within minutes of everything i needed!
The hotel is not a high end hotel. so, with that said, I was very happy with what i received for the money that I paid!!

The hotel was some how okay. But a few things did not meet my criteria. Shower handle came off when tryingredients to open the faucet, hair dryer shot off every 20 seconds when in use, the light in the bathroom did not turn on we use did heat light, the iron had a secure cable so no one could still it so could not iron to good

Worst sleep ever in a hotel,bed was hard! On a queen bed only had two Flat pillows. Also a two queen bed room was only a lower two towels. we were only A lower three towels so we had to use our damp towels for shower after the pool! Just ring and we will never go back and tell everyone what there like!

We had a family emergency and needed a room for my daughter's mother-in-law to stay in for a couple of days. The pictures online seemed adequate. In arriving, we discovered that while we paid $60+, the walk-in rate was $49 (no refund of the difference)! In taking luggage to the room before returning to the hospital, we discovered a dirty room with peeling paint on the doors and walls, dingy unkept linen, and seriously dirty smell that they attempted to mask with heavy incense. We returned the key to the front desk. The desk clerk refused to return our money (paid through PayPal to Hotels.com. When we call (multiple times) Hotels.com for a refund, we are told by a recorded message to 'call back at a later time'!!!!

was there to pick up our Granddaughter from debate camp at UNT, so just needed a place for one night. Staff very friendly, Room was ok, sheets and towels were clean, the shower faucet where you turn it on was new but not put in correctly so you had to turn and turn to shut it off so it would keep running.The ac wasn't very cold so didn't sleep very well. The next morning when we put our cup of coffee in the microwave to heat it up, it was so dirty and the glass rotating plate wasn't the correct one , so I did tell the person at the desk that it was in much need of attention. It looks like they have tried to make it look updated, had fairly new carpet. We paid $60 plus tax so $68, to me value would of been better at $45. We have stayed in the Gainesville area before so will stay there instead of this area.

The Flea Bag Hotel of Texas

I asked for a handicapped room near the office, which I recieved. The bed turned out to have Fleas in it. The next morning I woke to have more than two dozen Flea bites all over my body. The bites became very swollen , itchy, and running with pus !!! When I complained the next day, the desk clerk tried to give me the same room again !!!! I told him to give me my money or a different room. He finally gave me a room with no fleas.

Absolutely Horrible!!!

I've been using Hotels.com for over 12 years and with the exception of minor issues everything was fine until now. This has to be the most atrociously gross hotel i've ever been near let alone had to stay. Long story short it was so nasty I slept in my car. You should remove this place from your site. It's an injustice to your clients.
