Rude and run down

The front desk person was absolutely rude! The room was very cold and I called and reported the heater was not working. She said she would send someone to check it out in 10 minutes! After about 30 minutes, I called back. She said "it worked fine yesterday, someone is on their way"! After about 15 more minutes, she and a housekeeper showed up and told me to " just get my things gathered in five minutes and go to another hotel cause she didn't have another room and no maintenance on staff and since I paid online, she couldn't refund my money"! Later hotel.com called them, someone else was at the desk and said they haf vacancies and I could change rooms! I will never do business with the Denton, Tx location again! Very run down and unprofessional!

Really sad to hear that. We usually address any maintenance issues with in 10 to 15 minutes. We always offer room change upfront just in case customer not okay with the reserved one.
