The room was nice just not as nice as it should of been. Wall paper was coming off the walls. The shower was cold there was hair from the people before us left in the bath tub. It was very expensive and not that great

The pillows were super thin and theres no water presser. Our smoke detector was beeping the whole time and our door didn't close fully a crack in the door let all the cold air in.

Someone is always available at front-desk to help you out. We wish you could have addressed these issues right away when you check in rather than now.

Its a $50 hotel. What do you expect room service? Not a great area but its what you would expect for the price.

Rude and run down

The front desk person was absolutely rude! The room was very cold and I called and reported the heater was not working. She said she would send someone to check it out in 10 minutes! After about 30 minutes, I called back. She said "it worked fine yesterday, someone is on their way"! After about 15 more minutes, she and a housekeeper showed up and told me to " just get my things gathered in five minutes and go to another hotel cause she didn't have another room and no maintenance on staff and since I paid online, she couldn't refund my money"! Later hotel.com called them, someone else was at the desk and said they haf vacancies and I could change rooms! I will never do business with the Denton, Tx location again! Very run down and unprofessional!

Really sad to hear that. We usually address any maintenance issues with in 10 to 15 minutes. We always offer room change upfront just in case customer not okay with the reserved one.

Cheap. Free breakfast. Not a bad place if you just need somewhere to go and sleep for the night.

Never stay there again

The trip itself was wonderful the hotel was terrible. The room smelled bad, the sink had been cracked and they used JB Weld to fix it there was hair in the tub and the wash rags smelled bad. There were 3 pillows on the bed that stacked on top of each other still did not make one pillow.

Front desk clerk was not helpful

Pros: I liked the fact that I could book a room from long distance and not have mess with faxing and emailing. According to my son, the room was decent.
Cons: More helpful front desk attendants
Location: Denton Texas, There is plenty to do in this little, but dynamic town, from night life to football games at UNT.
While booking a second night at this same hotel, for my son, I accidently put my name in as the quest. When my son went to check in the desk clerk told him the problem, but did not offer any advice or type of help. When I spoke to the desk clerk on my son's cell phone, he still did not offer me any help, he just kept saying it is out of my hands. I finally called the booking agent had this resolved in a matter of minutes. The gentleman at Expedia totally rocked by fixing this situation for me !!
