This villa is terrible so we stayed 1 night and left early the next day. Bed very hard, linens clean but stained, no hot water in bathroom, curtains did not cover windows so light shining in to rooms all night (I booked 2 deluxe rooms). AC smelled really musty. TV missing from 1 room. Everyone in the group woke through the night. Contact with hotel poor. Location good but not much else, very pleased we moved on!

The property was beautiful and peaceful. Our family really enjoyed the grounds and swimming pool. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. We were very happy with our stay. Breakfast options were limited, but tasty.

This is a great property tucked in the back of Sanur - 10 minute walk to the shopping road and Sindhu Beach, or a $1.50 taxi ride. The property needs perhaps some maintenance around the grounds, but the staff work hard and our 2 bed apartment was clean and functional. The two pools were amazing, and breakfast was provided each day. Would stay here again.

We booked 9 days, stayed one and was woken by a shopping centre being built directly behind our villa at 7am in the morning. Not very clean and very very tired hotel. Reception people when checking in seemed put out by us even being there. Never did get any replies to emails, messages or even answering the phone. So forget any type of communication. Good staff, were lovely and tried to explain it's out of their control and happily gave a refund. No phones in rooms. Shower was straight down so not really a shower. Pool we could use as construction workers in full view so kept blinds shut. Gardens were lovely. Budget hotel really really means this! Never again.

I accidentally booked a honeymoon villa for my lonesome self. But it was gorgeous with a private pool and basic kitchen amenities. The restaurant and spa out the front were both great too.

This is an excellent hotel. It is quiet and extremely safe. The grounds are clean and staff are respectful. My only issue is that because the air conditioner is old in a humid country, there is a smell. We just used our fans and no a Id recommend this location

Very good value for Money. They don’t provide body wash or shampoo which i was surprised by, but not the end of the world. They also didn't make up rooms daily. But restaurant attached was very good, and staff were lovely.

The janan villa was a great experience. The accomodation was ok, but lacked some simple things like tea towels, and wasn't especially clean. Itvwas comfortable enough and staff were attentive and helpful. The pool and grounds are awesome and the groundsmen keep the pool very clean. Blend cafe/resturant, next door was absolutely great. There are good shopping food places within walking distance. For the price it was good, and suitable for our family. A couple of small improvements in cleanliness, and fixing a few fixtures in the room and it would have been great.

100% of rooms allow smoking - beware the smell

Great staff and pretty good location - but.... there are no (zero) non-smoking rooms. Please be aware that 100% of their rooms allow smoking and have a strong cigarette smell. The Hotels.com website is incorrect. To their credit - they offered us a full refund... which didn't help a lot because we booked this in advance to save money only to have to book something last minute (same day) which was double the cost.

The property was located within walking distance to shops and restaurants. The staff very friendly helpful and nice. The property was older than what appeared on website, also website was not accurate regarding distance to the beach or located on beach. The curtains in the kitchen area were a little scuzzy need washing, my tv was tiny however internet was very good. I would recommend this property for solo travelers however for the dollar overall it was a good deal.

Traditional style with two pools,was easy walk to warungs market and beach.they are currently renovating upstairs but only in the daytime needs a few things done but for the price cannot complain, thanks to the ladies who make the breakfast

Property looked as if it had seen better better days, was not very clean and ran down. Restaurant that appeared to belong to hotel is now vacant and up for rent. On the plus side we did not pay a lot and this suited us having arrived late at night for a minimal stay but were glad to move on. Beach is about a ten minute walk.

Beds very dirty. Have bed bugs. Very terrible bed bugs bites. Shower water very small. Cannot shower probably. Rooms lack maintainence. Alot of rusty areas. No water kettle to boil hot water. Cups/glasses chips. Only plus point is room & toilet very big. Will not go back & will definitely not recommend to people.
