  • Ocean Beach Vista! Stunning oceanfront custom built house with spectacular ocean views. Wake up to the sounds of the ocean and gorgeous view every morning, enjoy sunsets on your deck, take a stroll on miles of sandy beach. The house was custom built in 1997 by Premier McPhee builders and has top-of-the-line quality custom finishes, an incredible gourmet kitchen with granite counter top, Subzero refrigerator, and Viking stoves. It has central air conditioning, high speed internet, and HDTV. It is professionally cleaned and linens/bath towels are provided.
