"My experience started on the wrong foot , I was charged for two nights instead of my stay for night. At reception I wasn't allowed to cancel one night from my reservation even though the rules or terms on the Expedia reservation policy allowed to , I contacted Expedia twice with to different operators and they where very ambiguous and of zero help . I am a Platinum member and it is probably the first time I write . I was treated very unfairly. Definitely I do not recommend this Hotel , when you are received with arrogance and unfairness the whole experience cannot be described other than a bad one . "
