Magnifique villa dans un endroit calme, tout est parfait l aménagement, la literie parfaite, équipement ménagé. Il ne manque rien. La propreté est parfaite et la piscine au top. L équipé interhome est très réactive. Merci pour ces magnifiques vacances. On y reviendra.

Encore un séjour bien agréable

Pour la deuxième année, nous avons pu profiter du cadre si agréable de la villa Marquesat. La maison est très agréable avec une décoration élégante. Les prestations intérieures sont excellentes. De plus, la piscine et le jardin sont très bien entretenus par le jardinier. Cette villa dispose d’une belle vue à la fois sur la mer et le Montgó. Une élection spéciale pour l’équipe d’Interhome, toujours à l’écoute Et faisant tout son possible pour répondre à nos demandes.

Mehr versprochen, als gehalten!

Tolles Haus,sehr wohnlich. Moderne Küche,gut ausgestattet, in jedem Raum Klima warm und kalt.Gute Betten, Matratzen aber mit Flecken versehen. Als im Preis inbegriffenes Bettzeug dient lediglich ein Kopfkissenbezug und ein loses Laaken. Der für das ganze Jahr angepriesene Pool ist bei Ankunft eiskalt und nicht gereinigt. Das Aufheizen wird zunächst von Interhome abgelehnt, später wird Druck ausgeübt und extra Geld verlangt, obwohl die Energiekosten bereits im Preis inbegriffen waren.

Mehr versprochen als gehalten!

Es ist ein schönes Haus mit überwiegend hochwertigem Interieur auf einem großen, schönen Grundstück, welches man über eine extrem schlechte und unbeleuchtete Bergstrasse erreicht. Highlight des Anwesens und Hauptgrund für die Buchung war der große Pool, der in der Anzeige angepriesen wird mit: nutzbar 01.01.-31.12. eines Jahres. Somit wird dem potentiellen Gast suggeriert, auch im März in Spanien einen Pool nutzen zu können, bei Aussentemperaturen von ca, 16C° natürlich beheizt! Bei Ankunft fanden wir eine sehr vernachlässigte, teils schmutzige und defekte Aussenanlage vor. Der Pool war zwar gefüllt, aber nicht gereinigt und 12C° kalt! Auf unsere Anfrage per Email bei Interhome Denia erhielten wir die ironische Antwort, dass der Pool nicht beheizbar wäre und es sich somit bei der Wassertemperatur auch um "Zimmertemperatur" handeln würde. Der Poolreiniger kam 2 Tage später, wusste jedoch nicht, dass inzwischen Gäste vor Ort sind. Auf unsere Bitte stellte er die externe Heizung an, die dann max. 1,5°C am Tag die Temperatur erhöhte. 7 Tage und ca. 9°C später, wir waren immerhin 2 mal schwimmen wurden wir seitens Interhome Denia telefonisch in englisch abgestraft, dass wir ohne Genehmigung den Auftrag erteilt hatten, das Wasser zu erwärmen! Jetzt forderte man in sehr unfreundlicher Art Geld für die entstandenen Stromkosten (wo es doch gar keine Heizung für den Pool gibt und alle Energiekosten bereits im Mietpreis inbegriffen sind), welches wir ablehnten! 1 Std. später erschien der von Interhome beauftragte Poolreiniger wieder, entschuldigte sich bei uns und stellte den Pool samt Heizung wieder aus! Also, eigentlich ein schönes Haus, alles draußen etwas heruntergekommen, aber ein unseriöses und kundenunfreundliches Personal vor Ort! - Von professioneller Betreuung kann keine Rede sein!

Ravis d'avoir séjourné 1 mois dans cette jolie maison du Montgo. La maison est très fonctionnelle et la décoration recherchée. Nous avons apprécié l'avancée où il est possible de prendre tous les repas. L’environnement est très agréable, en particulier le jardin.

Einfach Traumhaft

Wir waren das zweite mal in Denia und hatten durch den ersten Urlaub, jedoch eines anderen Hauses hohe Ansprüche. Aber dieses Haus hat alle Erwartungen übertroffen! Es fehlt an nichts und ich eins zu eins wie auf den Bildern angegeben. Vermieter ist Interhome, auch hier hat alles reibungslos funktioniert.

Que dire de plus.. Villa très bien agencé, intérieur actuel de 3 chambres et 3 salles de bains plus une mezzanine Une très grande piscine. Une cuisine spacieuse et bien agencé. Divres salon extérieur permettent de toujours trouver un endroit agréable ou se poser... De loin la meilleure location que j ai eu jusqu'à présent chez interhome.. À un prix raisonnable. Il manquerai juste unfour a micro onde... À recommander +++

Unas vacaciones inolvidables

Lo cierto es que la casa no defrauda, es tal y como se muestra en las fotografías. Es espaciosa, singular y tiene todo aquello de lo que se puede necesitar. Ciertamente encontré más gadget de cocina de los que dispongo en casa . El dormitorio principal está renovado, así como el baño. El resto de habitaciones están en condiciones aunque van reclamando una actualización. Buen surtido de menaje, incluye lavadora , secadora y la lavavajillas. El equipo Intherhome en Dénia se desvive por el viajero

Prettig huis met fijne en mooie tuin ro dom het zwembad. Altijd wel ergens zon of schaduw te vinden. Wij zijn in februari geweest en dat is de woonkamer een beetje klein voor 7 personen.

Urlaub in Deniá

Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr schön und sauber. Leider war unsere Betreuerin/Betreuung vor Ort nicht so zufriedenstellend. Da die Auflagen für die Liegen sehr schmutzig waren, haben wir Frau Sangals um eine Lösung gebeten und sie hatte uns zugesagt, uns neue zukommen zu lassen. Leider ist das nach drei Tagen nicht geschehen und somit sind wir in den Ort zu Interhome gefahren und haben uns selbst gekümmert. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren sehr freundlich! Wir haben sofort neue Auflagen bekommen.

superbe maison à mon avis prévue au minimum pour7 à 8 personnes (au vu de l'agrandissement) Un peu grande pour nous qui n'étions que 2. Rien à dire refaite à l'intérieur avec gout, à l'extérieur idem. On n'arrive pas à la quitter et on y revient toujours !
