The Space:

This three-bedroom apartment in Dénia sleeps five and sits directly across from the port, where sailboats and fishing vessels drift in and out under the Mediterranean sky. The biggest draw? Step onto your oversized balcony and take in sweeping views of the harbor and mountains — it's the kind of spot where morning coffee and sunset drinks feel like part of the itinerary.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Three bedrooms give everyone their own space, and room-darkening shades in every room mean you can sleep in or recharge before a night out along Carrer de Loreto.

- Bedroom three: one single bed (90 cm)



Two full bathrooms keep mornings smooth, even with a full house. Every bedroom and the living area has split-type AC to keep things comfortable year-round.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The open-plan living and dining area is bright and airy, with wood floors and big windows that flood the space with natural light. The living room opens directly onto the balcony — pull up a chair and watch the port come to life below. Inside, there's a full dining table and a TV for lazy evenings in. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and everything you need to cook like a local — plus a breakfast nook if you'd rather ease into the day indoors.



Outdoor Amenities

The furnished balcony overlooks the port and mountains, with enough seating for the whole group. It's where you'll want to spend your mornings with a Nespresso and your evenings with a glass of wine, watching the boats drift by and the sun drop behind the hills.



Good To Know

High-speed Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to catch up on emails or plan your days. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light and refresh mid-stay. Free street parking is available right outside, and there's an elevator in the building for easy access. Les Marines and Marineta Casiana beaches are a ten-minute walk, and the best cafés, markets, and restaurants in Dénia are all within easy reach on foot. Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee, subject to availability. For stays of 28 nights or longer, electricity (€100/month) and weekly cleaning (€50/week) are charged separately.

A Newly Renovated, Light-Filled Space



The apartment is located across the street from the port, where you can rent or charter a sailboat, yacht, or speedboat.



No need for a car! You can walk to everything you need: shops and boutiques, supermarkets, pharmacies, and—of course—cafés and restaurants that will make your mouth water. We suggest:

Some of the best nightlife options can be found along Carrer de Loreto and Carrer de la Mar- just two blocks from your apartment.



Getting Around:

For a perfect Denia vacation, you can very well do without a car. But you may choose to rent one or call for a taxi if you’re venturing outside of town.



The apartment is about one hour by car from the two closest airports:

- Alicante/Elche Airport (100 km)

- Valencia/Manises Airport (110 km)



It’s just two blocks from the train station, and within walking distance to the bus station.



You’re right across from Denia’s Port, which has ferry connections to Ibiza, Palma de Mallorca, Ibiza, Formentera and San Antonio.



The closest supermarkets are:

- Consum: 1.5 blocks

- Mercadona: 3 blocks

Other Things to Note:

- Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra fee, depending on availability.

- Free street parking is available outside the building, and paid private parking can be found nearby for those who prefer a secure spot.

- Please get in touch with the local contact at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to coordinate a meet-up time for check-in. There are NO CHECK-INS after 10 pm. Please consider this when making your travel arrangements.

- Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required before arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages occurring during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture

- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization, and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

- If you're booking from a channel where we handle payments, you'll be charged a security deposit of €300 EUROS which will be refunded after your check-out accordingly (service fees may apply).

- For long-term stays (28 nights and more) Electricity is not included. An extra charge of 100€ per month will be charged

- For long-term stays (28 nights or more), guests will be charged an extra fee of 50€ per week (excluding the last week) for mandatory mid-week cleaning. This will be scheduled with the guests during their stay.
