About this property

Cosy villa with private pool and sea and mountain views, in Denia

  • Holiday rental of a sunny villa for four people, located on the Montgó with beautiful sea and mountain views.

    The villa is distributed all on the ground floor, with few steps to access the main floor. It has a glazed terrace overlooking the pool area and the sea. Living/dining room with wood burning fireplace and exit to an open terrace enjoying beautiful panoramic views. Open plan fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven...) Two bedrooms, each with double bed and fitted wardrobes. Two bathrooms, one of them en suite with washing machine and dryer. Large gardens surrounding the house with unobstructed views and with a large parking area for several cars, one of the parking spaces covered with pergola. Terrace with pergola next to the private pool.

    The villa is very well equipped with air-conditioning in the hallway, Internet, TV - Spanish and TV - satellite, mobile barbecue, etc.

    The villa is situated in the lower part of the Montgó, only 2,7km from the centre of Denia, with everything you need for your holidays; supermarkets, restaurants, shops, playgrounds, chemist, etc... The beach ‘Marineta Casiana’ is only 2,2km away. Hospitals from 4,2km. Golf at 9km. There are also several restaurants close to the villa, at about 550m, and supermarkets at about 2km.

    Not recommended for young children.
    Works in the house next door currently, it may be finished in summer but there is no guarantee.

Les plus et les moins de l’hébergement

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette villa au cœur d’un quartier calme avec son jardin verdoyant et fleuri. Cependant notre séjour a connu quelques désagréments essentiellement dûs à un défaut de maintenance de la villa : odeurs d’égouts dans la salle de bain nous obligeant à laisser la fenêtre ouverte, des chasses d’eau régulièrement défectueuses, cuvette de WC dont la fixation était cassée, un interrupteur qui tombait quand on s’en servait . La TV ne diffusait qu’en allemand et espagnol ! La pièce principale ne possédait pas de climatisation c’est regrettable dans une région si chaude ! Par contre l’entretien de la piscine était parfait.
