Luxury villa with sea views

This modern accommodation has 2 bedrooms and its capacity is for 4 people.
The villa is located in the Montgó area, thanks to which the views from the accommodation are unbeatable.
It has a beautiful garden with a barbecue and an infinity pool, as well as garden furniture (sun loungers, table, chairs, etc.) so that guests can fully enjoy the facilities that the villa offers.
The house has satellite TV (German/Spanish), wifi, central heating, and air conditioning throughout the accommodation.
Upon entering the villa, we found the spacious living room/dining room/kitchen, all open and with direct access to the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with: ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, tableware/cutlery, various utensils, coffee maker, toaster, and water kettle.
In the hallway we find the bathroom, if we continue we can see the first en-suite room with a double bed.
Going up the stairs, you will find the second bedroom with a double bed, also en suite, with a shower and bathtub in the bathroom.
Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), sheets, and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Le lieu et la maison de très bon niveau. La propreté en arrivant. Le calme du quartier et la végétation alentour. Le mobilier extérieur et la cuisine extérieure très agréable. Nous avons fait un excellent séjour. L'intérieur de la maison très classe. La piscine est un peu trop petite.
