The property offers 2 shared parking spaces and allows 1 pet. Events are not permitted, and quiet hours must be respected after 11:30 p.m. There are security cameras in the parking area with visibility of the parking and entrance. An airport transfer service is available for your convenience.



Please note that access to the house requires climbing stairs, so it is not recommended for guests with reduced mobility. Use of the heated pool may incur additional electricity charges, available for an extra fee based on consumption above the set limit. Just 2 km from the center, you will have easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, and beaches while enjoying the natural mountain surroundings.
