"As expected, the staff were friendly and courteous at all times.
The holiday was let down by small things. The room had a clogged sink, broken closet door and hot water for only 2/7 days. The first two got addressed but the hot water not working properly was very poor.
We had the all inclusive package and if not for that I would not have eaten at the buffet every night as the quantity was good, but quality not so great. Also the buffet eating area was also hot with little to no ventilation and...

"The staff were exceptional. Especially Misi who went out of his way to make sure that my birthday was extra special. We loved the snorkeling and relaxed nature of the pool. Ann at the spa took wonderful care of us and we really loved the treatments we received. "
