"Great customer service, they make you feel home. When you are away from home. They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. They welcome ideas, they do go out of their way to cater. Defintely a great bar / with Chaisa, nibbles for drinks. Highly recommended."

"It was a brief stay due to the cyclone cancellations. The staff have been extremely accomodating allowing a travelling family to meet us and have breakfast then leave all our suitcases after checkout while we enjoyed some of what Denerau has to offer before moving on to our next accomadation. Thankyou The palms. We really do appreciate your hospitality. "

"Resort is in dire need of renovation, with multiple issues/appliances falling apart etc. The kids don't care though, still loved it. Staff lovely and helpful, but overwhelmed and desperately understaffed by the looks. If price is ok and you have young children, its still a good stay, but would strongly recommend staying away if childless/older children in favour of other options until they sort themselves out."

"Stayed in a garden suite, nice size room for family of 4 (kids 7&9). They loved the pools, beach, and many activities at kids club. All staff were friendly and caring. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very nice. It would have been nice to know what wasn't included in the "all inclusive package" before ordering something and having to pay for it. There could have been more ala carte restaurants."
