"Super cute town and nice rooms. They are a little small and the bathrooms are shared with 7 other rooms. We never had to wait for the bathroom and they were newly remodeled. Bed was comfy. Sheets/towels were very soft, would have loved a couple more pillows. It is right in the middle of town and all the restaurants and river is within walking distance. It is right above a bar that plays live music til around midnight every night, some nights later. Fun games, fire pit and great atmosphere. Just don’t plan on going to bed early"
"Very clean and comfortable stay. It was tight with five people and luggage but we knew that going in and it was fine for a one-night stay. One pull-out couch was ok, the other quite uncomfortable. For those looking for a longer stay, the cabin would be perfect for a couple or small family. Dowtown Talkeetna was less than a 5 minute drive but also walkable. The immediate neighborhood had some run-down properties but didn’t feel unsafe. Communication with the hosts was very good. "
