Glacier Springs Cabin #40 - Lasting Memories Made Here!

Summer and winter alike, your family will have a great time while staying in

this 2-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath classic NW cabin. The first floor features an

open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with vaulted ceilings and a

grand easterly exposure provided courtesy of floor-to-ceiling windows. The

living room features a brick hearth fireplace (firewood provided), along with

a flat screen monitor with Roku and a comfortable sectional couch, augmented

by a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, a wraparound

counter/breakfast bar, and a dining table with optional seating for up to

eight persons. A short hallway leads to a bedroom with two full-sized beds,

one full bath, and a mud/laundry room with a stack washer and dryer. Ascending

the staircase to the second floor reveals one bedroom with 1-set of standard-

sized bunk beds, a primary bedroom with 1-queen sized sleigh bed, and a nicely

crafted ¾-bath. Just outside, east of the main floor, there are sliding doors

that access a nice deck and a small porch with a pathway to a private HOT TUB!

Don't forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum. No exceptions) and Wi-Fi*

equipped family vacation property will sleep up to 8-persons (ENFORCED Maximum

Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests

enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing,

backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting,

whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, nature viewing, and golf. WINTER

Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing,

snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the

photography is unsurpassed year-round!



OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:



**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for

Guest use. The service is currently subject to failure. Intermittent service

failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control. No refunds are

provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.



**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this

regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate

eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written

Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private

residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring

residences and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing

them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions.

They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in

advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests

seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via

a different provider.







**A maximum of two (2) pets is permitted at this property. Pets must not be

left unattended unless they are kept in a kennel.
