The unit is recently remodeled, bright and airy, and well-stocked. It also has a beautiful ocean view, which many (maybe most) units in Sea Point lack. This condo project couldn't be better located. The 10 minute walk to the beach was wonderful and we loved having a few restaurants and a coffee shop within walking distance. Shout out to Roberto’s Taco shop!! We totally rate the experience 5 stars but would recommend replacing the carpet (especially leading to the upstairs master) and updating the front patio furniture cushions which we found to be too dated and dirty to enjoy. The deck furniture cushions are also dated. These are just minor suggestions. Otherwise the property was very clean and well stocked.
