"Visited this lovely, well equippedlittle cottage out in the woods with a nice sauna and fire pit outside in September. Adam, our host was very responsive and replied quickly to any questions we had. Beautiful, cozy space with everything we needed in the kitchen to prepare meals and blankets to sit out on the front porch reading in the early evening as temperatures is cooled down. Took one of the trails to the river which was worth the view."

"The rooms were clean but bathroom needed maintenance (bathroom counter was loose, shower /bath needed grout cleaned and re-caulked, bathroom door wouldn’t close). We just needed a cheap place to stay before heading into the park, so the bed cleanliness was the most important thing, and they were good."

"Beautiful cabin and property. Glass door wood stove kept the entire place warm and was romantic. Excellent fishing and swimming spot. Loads of privacy. I recommend renting the boat in cooler weather but paddling in would not be hard in good weather. Large screen porch and screen room at water were great. Lots of firewood to be found. Plan for an off grid experience with the comfort of a gorgeous cabin. The hosts were some of the nicest people I have ever talked to and were very accommodating. I recommend speaking to them directly. Loved this place!"

"I have stated this property before. But not this exact apartment. My previous experience was better. The host had a housekeeping, scheduling issue, so the host, and I had agreed that I would clean the apartment, change the bedding, do the dishes from the previous renter, etc., for a discounted rate. They did honour it right away. I will not let this determine me from staying there again, because I know what the apartment is and the host is very responsive"

"Overall this place was amazing and exactly what we had hoped for. Pros: Overall - beautiful inside and out. Would stay again in a heart beat. Remote in the sense no neighbours, no excess noise. I saw a few bad reviews about the AC but we had no issues and it was a very muggy week. Wifi worked great. Once we had wifi the communication with hosts was amazing. Cons/improvement opportunities: fire pit area is rather small for a rental that could sleep up to 16. Check in process was rocky as there was no cell service (not their fault) and we rented a boat from the owners, but it was not there so could not get to the cottage right away. They made it right but just a kink in our first day. The dock needs a little bit of TLC, parts of it would go under water at times. Some items weren’t on site that were mentioned in listing."

"The cottage was authentic, cozy and absolutely perfect for our family to get away to celebrate our wedding. The space was beautiful and very comfortable for 20 of us, There was lots to do for all ages- indoors and out. The beautiful large dinning table allowed us to sit together and enjoy meals as a family. The lakeside gazebo and dock are gorgeous and a great place to relax and enjoy the water. The hosts were amazing and communication exceeded our expectations. A beautiful place to stay!"
