It was in close proximity to the clubhouse, lake and pool. The only thing that we didnā€™t like was the pool was closed for a private event and we werenā€™t told about that until a short while before it was closed. We were out doing other things and planned to swim in the evening. So that should have been told like early that day or the day before. The communication before, during and right before check out was fantastic. They gave very thorough check in and check out instructions, making both processes seamless. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. The manager of Moonlight Cabins did not miss a single detail. There was plenty of towels, blankets, games, books, etc. and a large binder with information about the property/community and all the attractions and local activities. The beds were very comfortable and there was even an extra fluffy blanket put under all the comforters so weā€™d stay warm during the night. My kids were especially grateful for that nice touch since they were sleeping in the basement. The decorations and furnishings were all very nice, stylish yet still homey. I really have nothing bad to say or any suggestions to make! It was a wonderful stay. ##### Courtney M. It was very quaint, had all the necessary items you would need, and was the ideal mountain cabin. Our son especially liked the ponds where we could go fishing and paddle boating.
