"There was no assistance at the front desk at check in. The gentleman at the front desk sat and watched us struggle bringing suitcases up the stairs. Air conditioning was almost non existent. Mattresses were dirty. Bathroom not very clean. Would never stay there again. What a shame because the area is gorgeous. Grounds were good but room was not great at all. "

"This hotel is very close to the airport and rental cars, making it very convenient for travelers. It's a bit away from the center of the city and that's what makes it relaxing. The grounds are nice as is the setting. Quiet and peaceful. Breakfast is good and the everyone was terrific when it came to helping with taxis, etc. "

"Overall our experience was pleasant. The room was beautiful, we had a corner suite. It was clean and well appointed. Only issue we had is that staff did not speak Greek fluently. Nor did they speak English well enough to answer any questions like how to access the satellite TV that was advertised as an included item for your stay.
